WELCOME

Do you need speed in your sport? If so, you need to develop proper technique. Why? Proper Technique is the foundation for improving performance and getting faster.

PoseAthlete.com offers technique training to build a foundation for constant improvement for Runners, Cyclists and Swimmers. You are born with certain physical limits, but you are not limited on how much you can improve your technique. As your technique improves (when done correctly) through time and training, you will only get progressively better and better.

Our technique training is based on the POSE Method, a system for teaching human movement. This is accomplished by determing the key poses for each activity and omitting those movements that aren't necessary for forward progression. In all cases, POSE Method uses gravity as the driving force for forward movement instead of muscular effort.

Dr. Romanov, creator of the POSE Method offers the only instructional book on how to Run. Along with his newest book, "POSE Method of Triathlon Techniques", each provides detailed information on the correct movements for the specific sport, all backed with science. You learn the correct way by performing drills. As your skills for the drills improve, so does your technique which translates to increased speed and better performance.

If improved performance and injury-free running are your goals, learning Pose Method is for you.

The only thing you have to lose by learnning proper technnique is your competitors.
