The POSE Running Stance

POSE RUNNING

Running is an activity we learned to do when growing up. We don't really think much about running other than to "Just Run." That is until we want to get faster or when we become injured. If we want to run better we join a running group. But what do you actually learn from joining a running group other than you need to run more and more and more? Is there a better way to improve our running?

If you are like 85% of the conventional runners out there and you seem to work hard for all the speed you've aquired through hard training maybe you should step back and see if there is a better way for you to create forward motion.

Do you push off when you run? Do you believe that increasing your stride will make you run faster? Do you blame your shoes when you get a running related injury? If you answer is YES to one or more of these questions, you are a candidate to attend a PoseAthlete.com running clinic. You'll learn how inefficient pushing off is, how increasing your stride will quickly get you injured and not faster, and that it's not your shoe that is the cause of your running related injury, it's your running technique. But don't worry, we'll set you straight and get you running faster, with less effort, and injury free.

How did you feel after the last training clinic you attend? Was the training focused only on cardio training? Did you have a video analysis done at the beginning of the clinic to see determine your technique. Were you shown how to improve your skills through drills? What new skills did you take away after the clinic?

This first step to improve your running is to improve your running technique. This begins with a video analysis of your running. You've got to start with a good foundation and work up.

Running more and faster with poor technique can only lead to running related injuries.
